"Tracy is an excellent mindfulness coach and educator. She ran a Mindfulness workshop with our community and everyone who attended was very engaged and positive about the experience. She was able to explain the concepts behind mindfulness in terms that were beneficial both to the novice and the experienced. We did three exercises in the 90 min workshop and everyone benefited from the hands-on component. Tracy allowed for interaction with the audience so she tailored what she said to their interests. I highly recommend Tracy for a mindfulness program."

Popular Workshop Topics Include:

  • Self-compassion is an evidence-based acceptance practice to realistically meet and work with our challenges coming from a position of strength. Through stories, research, and interactive activities we will explore how being kind, curious and less judgmental about our own difficulties can build sustainable resiliency.

  • Building a Sustainable Self-Care Practice includes interactive exercises for identifying and practicing techniques to cultivate optimism and improve well-being including working with present attention and creating rituals and boundaries.

  • Through guided practice and gentle instruction, you'll learn foundational skills for developing concentration, cultivating inner calm, and building a sustainable personal practice. We’ll explore how different approaches to meditation can support stress reduction, enhance emotional regulation, and deepen self-awareness.

No previous meditation experience required. Come with curiosity and leave with practical tools you can immediately integrate into your daily life to move from autopilot to awareness.

  • Every organization faces unique challenges that require thoughtful, customized solutions. Through collaborative consultation, we identify your team’s specific needs and craft tailored workshop experiences that integrate leadership development, organizational resilience and mindfulness-based emotional intelligence with your real-world workplace dynamics.

These modules can be taught in a Lunch N’ Learn format or as separate training sessions.

Reflections

  • "Overall I really enjoyed Tracy's presentation, and I liked how she incorporated activities for us to participate in, so we could see firsthand the methods of meditation/journaling she uses in her daily life. It was also very interesting to hear her talk about her experiences, and I appreciated that she was honest and candid in any of the setbacks she faced in her early career, and how she learned from them, and used them to get to where she is today. I will definitely be incorporating some of these methods of journaling/meditation into my daily life."

  • "Few people have the opportunity to work with such standout talent like Tracy Fink. A real class act. I had the pleasure of working with Tracy for two years at CohnReznick, collaborating on several projects. Tracy’s resiliency and perseverance is evident. Tracy’s passion for educating others on the power of mindfulness is; pure, helpful, magnanimous... Tracy is an advocate for women empowerment, she has inspired me through her dedication and personal endorsement of my work. As a result I was able to excel my personal brand at CohnReznick. In addition to being a mentor to me Tracy contributed her time to building our communication and awareness regarding mental health and built a sense of community at work. I highly recommend Tracy as an inspirational speaker, coach, and advocate. "

  • "Tracy is a gifted meditation teacher. Through her teachings of meditation, Tracy taught us how to bring mindfulness and compassion to the work place. We learned with her guided practice how meditation benefits our bodies and minds. Meditation is very important to mental health, wellbeing and a company’s bottom line and Tracy’s voice and gentle guidance made such a difference in my personal meditation practice that I am able to apply her teachings daily, making me much more productive at work and much better equipped to deal with stress. "

  • "Tracy led a fabulous virtual Masterclass on "Self-Compassion as a Strategy for Resilience in Leadership" for the Northeastern community which was excellent. In a short amount of time, Tracy connected with the audience leading them to discover how they view self-compassion and why they might find it difficult to practice, especially in this time of crisis. With insightful tips and authentic, personal stories, Tracy encouraged participants to let go of perfectionism and be kinder to themselves. "Do my best and let go of the rest." Thank you, Tracy!"

    - Betsy Ludwig, Executive Director, Women's Entrepreneurship, Northeastern University

  • "I attended a Women in Leadership event last summer where Tracy was the guest speaker. Her presentation was my introduction to mindfulness. Skeptical at first, I became a convert through Tracy's kind, thoughtful way of teaching. Her message is even more relevant during these uncertain times. Today, my mindfulness practice has helped immensely to manage the daily stresses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic."
