Tracy Fink is a passionate and positive energizer who shows people how to become “unstuck” and flourish in their environments. Her secular and science-based programs focused on emotional intelligence at work decrease stress and increase focus and resiliency. She also offers leadership development workshops, one-on-one and group coaching as well as guided meditation sessions in corporate, community and individual settings.

  • Prior To The Tortoise Institute

    Prior to founding The Tortoise Institute, Tracy was the Director of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), a business development program she conceived and executed nationwide at CohnReznick.   EWF created business development opportunities, positioned the women of the Firm as thought leaders in the markets they serve, and elevated the Firm’s brand in the space of women’s leadership.

    Tracy holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Psychology from Boston University. She completed an 8-month Teacher Certification Program at Search Inside Yourself, the global science-based emotional intelligence program engineered at Google. She was named a Top Intrapreneur in 2016 by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and was recognized as a Best 50 Women in Business by NJBiz in 2018.
