Breathwork supports so many of the challenges that nearly everyone experiences on a daily basis. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. In this interactive session, we will see the benefits when going from breathing to being aware that we are breathing. Although we are all breathing all of the time, no prior experience in breathwork is required.
