Keynote

Introduction to mindfulness-based emotional intelligence that is secular and science-based.  Focusing on the building blocks of EI with particular attention to self–awareness. 

Self-Care Strategies

Exhausted leadership is poor leadership.  Alternatively, self-care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting our own well-being to pursue happiness and avoid health crisis.  This workshop offers easy tips to develop new habits for individuals to put their health and wellness first without feeling guilty for doing so.

Recognizing self-compassion as an acceptance practice to address persistent emotions such as anxiety, self-doubt and lack of motivation.

One-On-One Coaching

Using focused attention and compassion building techniques, we work together to address feelings of self-doubt, distractions, failure, mind clutter, and inadequacy. The end result is increased emotional intelligence. Sessions are done remotely using Zoom or telephone, or in person as available.

Meditation Classes

Perfect for all levels of practitioners (beginners too!).  This workshop teaches meditation to individuals and groups which build attention…
