Introduction to mindfulness-based emotional intelligence that is secular and science-based.  Focusing on the building blocks of EI with particular attention to self–awareness.

As a certified SIY teacher, Tracy Fink teaches their specific curriculum, originally developed at Google, which employs practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership tools to unlock your full potential at work and in life.

One-On-One Coaching

Using focused attention and compassion building techniques, we work together to address feelings of self-doubt, distractions, failure, mind clutter, and inadequacy. The end result is increased emotional intelligence. Sessions are done remotely using Zoom or telephone, or in person as available.

Meditation Classes

Creating group meditation sessions to build attention, develop self-awareness, increase creativity, embrace vulnerability, increase focus, see similarities, and create connection. Practices include breathwork, open awareness, body scans, and loving kindness. Sessions include conversations about wisdom, service to others, resilience, common humanity, and tools to respond to triggers.

Self Care Strategies

Identifying and practicing techniques to cultivate optimism and improve well-being including working with breath, movement, connection, presence and creating rituals and boundaries. Including interactive exercises for mindful meditation

These modules can be taught in a Lunch N Learn format or as separate training sessions.

Building Empathy and Compassionate Leadership

Using concepts around fairness, feedback and psychology safety, this workshop explores how we can learn how to experience what others feel while maintaining a clear discernment about your own and the other person’s feeling and perspectives. Empathy and compassion contribute build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture while also addressing burnout.
